I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone who took the time to explore our new online giving platform, Pllenty, last week. You can access it using the button below. As you may recall, tithing and giving were the focus of last week's homily, which is part of our ongoing series on Rebuilt Faith: A Manual for Skeptical Catholics. This series is also being discussed in our small group sessions, which have been well-attended by many of you. The theme of this series is discipleship, how to follow Christ and respond to Him in our daily lives. We are following a path of discipleship characterized by the acronym STEPS: Service, Tithing, Engaging in Christian community, Prayer and sacraments, and Sharing our faith with others. This weekend, my homily will focus on engaging in Christian community.

Speaking of community, I am thrilled to report that our first CFL (Conversation, Fun, and Laughter) event was a huge success. I would like to extend a special thank you to Donna Couture for organizing this event and taking the initiative to bring our community together. Please join us on Mondays from 3:30 to 5:00 pm to hang out, play games, and enjoy some conversation and snacks. All are welcome! Thank you to some of the children who joined us after school last week; I hope to see you again next week.

Finally, this weekend, we will be distributing a beautiful prayer card featuring a "Litany of Trust" written by one of the Sisters of Life.

Enjoy!

Fr. Paul
